تستر باتری ویکتور مدل 3015A برای باتری‌های سرب‑اسیدی 6V و 12V مناسب است و می‌تواند وضعیت باتری‌ها را به‌طور دقیق بررسی کند. جریان تست تحت بار حدود 20 آمپر است و ظرفیت باتری‌های قابل اندازه‌گیری بین 5 تا 80Ah می‌باشد. ولتاژ حداکثر دستگاه DC 19.99V و مقاومت داخلی باتری‌ها در محدوده 1 تا 99.99 میلی‌اهم اندازه‌گیری می‌شود. وضعیت باتری با چراغ‌های LED سه رنگ نمایش داده می‌شود: سبز (ظرفیت کافی / شارژ نرمال)، زرد (ظرفیت ناکافی / شارژ غیرطبیعی)، قرمز (نیاز به تعویض باتری). ظرفیت باتری قابل تنظیم در بازه 5 تا 80Ah با افزایش 5Ah است. زمان تست کمتر از 10 ثانیه و فاصله بین تست‌ها حدود 5 دقیقه توصیه شده است. دستگاه دارای هشدار تماس ضعیف، حفاظت در برابر اتصال معکوس و ولتاژ بیش از حد است و در دمای℃ 10- تا℃ 55 با رطوبت کمتر از 80٪ قابل استفاده می‌باشد.
