اسیلوسکوپ های دیجیتال سری SDS1000X HD از سری اسیلوسکوپ های رزولوشن بالای SIGLENT هستند که با بهره گیری از یک مبدل آنالوگ به دیجیتال ۱۲ بیتی و نرخ نمونه برداری ۲ گیگا سمپل بر ثانیه توانسته اند کارآیی و عملکرد قدرتمندی از خود ارائه دهند. این اسیلوسکوپ ها در مدل های ۱۰۰ و ۲۰۰ مگاهرتزی عرضه می شوند و عمق نمونه برداری آن ها ۱۰۰Mpts است.

SDS1104X HD مدل ۱۰۰ مگاهرتزی با ۴ کانال ورودی آنالوگ و ۱۶ کانال ورودی دیجیتال می باشد. همچنین SDS1104X HD دارای یک نمایشگر ۱۰٫۱ اینچی بوده و درگاه های ارتباطی USB و LAN بر روی آن تعبیه شده است.
