اسیلوسکوپ های دیجیتال سری SDS1000X HD از سری اسیلوسکوپ های رزولوشن بالای SIGLENT هستند که با بهره گیری از یک مبدل آنالوگ به دیجیتال 12 بیتی و نرخ نمونه برداری 2 گیگا سمپل بر ثانیه توانسته اند کارآیی و عملکرد قدرتمندی از خود ارائه دهند. این اسیلوسکوپ ها در مدل های 100 و 200 مگاهرتزی عرضه می شوند و عمق نمونه برداری آن ها 100Mpts است.

SDS1104X HD مدل 100 مگاهرتزی با 4 کانال ورودی آنالوگ و 16 کانال ورودی دیجیتال می باشد. همچنین SDS1104X HD دارای یک نمایشگر 10.1 اینچی بوده و درگاه های ارتباطی USB و LAN بر روی آن تعبیه شده است.
